He was so patient explaining everything to her, didn't try to upsell anything, and even changed a lightbulb she couldn't reach while he was there. Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.

OK so the work itself was excellent - our new ceiling fan looks great and works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely the scheduling situation. We originally set up for Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon. I get that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. That said, I'd still use him again because the actual work was top notch.

I've been burned by contractors before - one guy literally ghosted me mid-project. So I was nervous hiring someone new. But from the first phone call I could tell this was different. He showed up when he said, did what he said, charged what he said. Revolutionary concept apparently! The tile work in our bathroom looks like it belongs in a magazine.
