However, he did track some paint on our carpet that I didn't notice until after he left. When I texted him about it, he came back same day and cleaned it up himself, which I appreciated. This is tough because he came highly recommended by my neighbor. Maybe he was having an off week? The job took three days when he estimated one, and I had to take time off work each day to let him in. The final result is acceptable but there were definitely some corners cut. My neighbor swears her experience was totally different so maybe I just got unlucky.
