He was so patient explaining everything to her, didn't try to upsell anything, and even changed a lightbulb she couldn't reach while he was there. Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.

So funny story - turns out he went to high school with my brother! Small world. Anyway, the work was fantastic. He fixed our leaky faucet that three other people couldn't figure out.
