Had him out to fix our AC right before my in-laws arrived for a two-week visit. I cannot stress enough how important it was that this got done right and on time. Hired him to paint our living room and dining room. The painting itself? Chef's kiss. Seriously beautiful work, clean lines, no drips. However, he did track some paint on our carpet that I didn't notice until after he left. When I texted him about it, he came back same day and cleaned it up himself, which I appreciated. Docking one star for the oversight but adding it back for making it right.

Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.
