I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew. The work on our deck was impeccable. My wife, who is VERY particular about these things, couldn't find a single thing to complain about. That's saying something!

Had him out to fix our AC right before my in-laws arrived for a two-week visit. I cannot stress enough how important it was that this got done right and on time. OK so the work itself was excellent - our new ceiling fan looks great and works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely the scheduling situation. We originally set up for Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon. I get that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. That said, I'd still use him again because the actual work was top notch.
