I was honestly skeptical at first because his quote was lower than everyone else's and you know what they say... but wow was I wrong. He explained that he keeps overhead low by not having a big crew. He not only fixed it same day but also noticed our filter was the wrong size and grabbed the right one on his way back. Saved our visit (and probably my marriage lol).
