He was so patient explaining everything to her, didn't try to upsell anything, and even changed a lightbulb she couldn't reach while he was there. Charged her less than the quote because it was simpler than expected. That's rare.

Had him out to fix our AC right before my in-laws arrived for a two-week visit. I cannot stress enough how important it was that this got done right and on time. This is tough because he came highly recommended by my neighbor. Maybe he was having an off week? The job took three days when he estimated one, and I had to take time off work each day to let him in. The final result is acceptable but there were definitely some corners cut. My neighbor swears her experience was totally different so maybe I just got unlucky.
