OK so the work itself was excellent - our new ceiling fan looks great and works perfectly. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is purely the scheduling situation. We originally set up for Tuesday, then it became Thursday, then Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon. I get that things happen but a heads up would have been nice. That said, I'd still use him again because the actual work was top notch.

Had him out to fix our AC right before my in-laws arrived for a two-week visit. I cannot stress enough how important it was that this got done right and on time. So funny story - turns out he went to high school with my brother! Small world. Anyway, the work was fantastic. He fixed our leaky faucet that three other people couldn't figure out. Turns out there was a crack in the pipe behind the wall that everyone missed. He found it in like 10 minutes. We've already recommended him to half the neighborhood.
